Brought to you by the Valley Nature Center, the Spring Chirp Festival will be virtual this year. Although the schedule is subject to change, posted information indicates that there will be presentations about: birds of the Lower Rio Grande Valley, distinguishing between Cooper’s Hawks and Sharp-shinned Hawks, Gray Hawks in the area, and Red-crowned Parrots.
