Join in the fun and contribute to a global citizen scientist data collection effort at Inks Lake State Park! The park is hosting a “Big Sit” event, in which people form a circle of a certain size and record their observations of bird species, and counts of individuals in each species. The cost is $7/person (or FREE if you have a state park pass). Participants, ages 8 and up, are asked to bring chairs, water, etc., and to dress appropriately for the weather.
