Brandon Baldauf, from Hawk Eye Bonsai in Austin, will lead a demonstration of techniques used in bonsai gardening. Participants are asked to bring a tree, boxwood or yaupon holly and scissors to learn how to begin stylizing to make a bonsai design. The club has cautioned participants that yaupon holly can be harmful to people and pets. Attendance will count towards one hour of master gardening advanced training.
