On the fourth Sunday of each month, staff at the Mitchell Lake Audubon Center will lead registered guests on a tour of the various habitats there. Participants can see as many as 30-50 different bird species with the expert guide. The tour includes travel by both car and by foot to access as many areas as possible This tour is best suited for the birder age 15+ as it can last up to four hours, though participants may leave at any time.
