Members of the Highland Lakes Birding and Wildflower Society gather native wildflower specimens from throughout the area, and organize them into a spectacular exhibit displayed in the Herman Brown Free Library. The exhibit opens to the public at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 7, 2023. The HLBWS Wildflower Exhibit is one of the highlights of the Bluebonnet Festival, which attracts as many as 30,000 visitors from around the world.
