The meet up point for this FREE event is the Hornsby Bend Center for Environmental Research. Social time with coffee and donuts will start at 6:30 a.m., and the bird survey will get underway at 7 a.m. Participants will break into smaller groups to observe as many bird species as possible. At 11 a.m., participants will gather back together at the Center and count down the birds observed over the course of the morning. No advanced registration is required and all levels of birders are welcome to participate.
