Remember how hard it was to find all the different types of yellow wildflowers that were part of HLBWS’ Spring 2021 Wildflower Bingo Photo Challenge? Well, here’s an event that will reinforce our appreciation of yellow wildflowers… Did you know that there are 19 identified sunflower species in Texas? This 2-hour Zoom class will “explore the unique differences between agricultural and native sunflower varieties through the morphology, distribution and cultivation from the cool comfort of your home!” Space is limited and registration is required, here; there is a $25 fee for the class.
