Mitchell Lake Audubon Center: “Plants and Pollinators”

This class will discuss the importance of a healthy habitat for butterflies and other pollinators. Participants will learn how the use of native plants in landscaping reduces the use of water and pesticides, and which host plants support various species of butterflies in south Central Texas. The presenter, Drake White, is a certified Texas Master Naturalist and owner of The Nectar Bar, a native plant landscaping company in San Antonio, Texas. This event is FREE; full details and the link to registration are found here.
