“No More Monoculture Grass Lawn!”, Trinity Forks Ch., NPSOT

Kathy Saucier explains that the best thing to restore or replace habitat is to get rid of traditional lawns. Enlarging flower and tree beds and planting areas is one approach, but there are times when some lawn area may be desired or even required. Kathy will talk about non-grass lawn plants that fit the bill, and some taller vegetation to fill in areas that aren’t walked on.

For full details and information about how to access the meeting, please visit the Trinity Forks chapter’s events page.
