If you are looking for another excuse - besides HLBWS’s Photo Bingo Challenge - to get outdoors and enjoy the natural world, this is it! Between now and October 26, 2025, hunt for and photograph pollinators in action. Then, you can post your photographs or videos to social media (Instagram or Facebook live event) and tag your posts with #TxPollinators. Or, to add even more value to the experience, you can post your photos to iNaturalist and join this citizen-scientist project. All kinds of pollinators count for this event: moths, butterflies, bees, bats, hummingbirds, wasps, flies, and beetles.
