In a FREE Facebook Live event, Master Naturalist Drake White will present Monarch butterfly migration patterns and ongoing efforts to conserve the species. Monarchs have experienced dramatic population losses in recent years but are not yet officially identified as endangered. Participants will learn how they can help through citizen science, migration, and tagging. Ms. White will provide a virtual tour through the Butterfly Learning Center habitat and share how to identify native milkweed.
