Guest speaker and horticulturalist Beth Erwin will give a talk about weeds - the plants that many people “love to hate” - at the next chapter meeting of the Highland Lakes Native Plant Society. Topics to be covered include: 1) understanding weeds and their prevention,
management  and control, 2) how water, like irrigation systems or rain, deliver weeds, and 3) safe and effective methods of weed removal. The meeting is free and open to the public.
