Travis Audubon Society is hosting a FREE Nature Day, open to the public, at the Baker Wildlife Sanctuary. Participants can join guided nature tours where they may be treated to seeing Golden-cheeked Warblers, along with a variety of native plants and insects. There will be plenty of kid-friendly activities, like building birdhouses, a bean bag toss, and more. Picnicking is welcome, and some snacks, water and electrolyte drinks will be available. Visitors are asked to bring their own refillable water bottles to the sanctuary.
