Please note that the Texas Marigold Festival runs from October 23-28, 2023 and events are held in various locations in and around Blanco, TX. The Festival Market runs from noon to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 27, and from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 28 at the court house square. HLBWS members might find a presentation about Purple Martins by Wild Birds Unlimited of Dripping Springs to be of particular interest. That presentation will be given at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at The Gem of the Hills Activity Center, 2233 US 281 in Blanco.
